The manga adaptation of Sherlock has been a hit in Japan for four years now, but those of us in the US and the UK are about to finally be able to get our hands on them, thanks to this English adaptation from Titan comics.
The first volume to be released – across several issues – will be based on, of course, ‘A Study in Pink’, which any self-respecting fans knows tells the story of how Sherlock and John meet. Drawn by manga artist Jay, it will be based on the scripts by Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss. The first issue arrives in both the UK and US on June 8th.
